Photo Credits and Usage

All photos published on JWOC2017.fi are properly credited and used with permission or under appropriate licensing terms:

Event photos: Usually provided by organizing committees or official photographers
Portrait photos: Obtained with subject consent or from official team/federation sources
Training photos: Used with athlete and photographer permission
Stock imagery: Sourced from reputable providers with proper licensing

Attribution Standards

Photo credits appear in the format:

Photo: [Photographer Name] for individual photographers
Photo: [Organization Name] for federation/team sources
Photo: [Agency Name] for news agencies and stock providers

Font Licensing

This site uses the following fonts:

Archivo Black: Open Font License (OFL)
Inter: Open Font License (OFL)
Both fonts are loaded from Google Fonts with appropriate caching and performance optimization

Logo Usage

The JWOC2017.fi logo and wordmark are original designs. The control circle symbol is inspired by standard orienteering cartography but represents our own artistic interpretation.

Content Licensing

Articles and original content on JWOC2017.fi are protected by copyright. Brief excerpts may be quoted with proper attribution and linking back to the original article.
